Experteer Overview In this role you will lead marketing automation initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, shaping cloud-based architectures and reusable automation patterns. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and optimize customer journeys and automated communications. - Analyze marketing automation implementations and assess performance
- Assist in high-level architecture design for cloud-based marketing solutions
- Implement cloud marketing infrastructure and functional architecture
- Create policies for activating automated communications mapped to customer journeys
- Execute basic and specialized marketing tasks and ensure effective use of automated activations
- Decide which processes should run in the cloud for martech implementations
- Define assets and organization of automations suitable for cloud deployment
- Provide functional consulting to ensure smooth automated communication processes
- Implement automated communications to meet customer needs at various touchpoints
- Stay current with latest martech and marketing technology trends
- Document processes and monitor system performance metrics
- Conduct test trials, diagnose issues, and resolve problems in marketing automation toolsResponsabilidades
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in designing and executing campaigns
- Solid familiarity with the broader Salesforce CRM ecosystem
- Strong background in database management and automation software
- AMPscript experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset for evaluating performance and adopting tech advancements
