Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer in our Sage HCM frontend team, you will shape a large-scale, hybrid architecture that blends Ext JS and React. You’ll maintain a robust Ext JS foundation while building new React modules and integrating the Carbon Sage Design System. Your work enables seamless interaction between frameworks and supports high performance UI across an enterprise product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end and help define frontend best practices. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to influence both legacy and modern frontend tech at scale in a Barcelona-based hybrid setup.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Maintain and enhance the Ext JS codebase (7.5+)
- Develop new React modules and features
- Integrate and enforce Carbon Design System across frontend
- Ensure smooth interaction between React and Ext JS environments
- Translate Figma designs into production UI and implement API integrations
- Contribute to frontend delivery within Agile sprints, including bug fixes and code reviews
- Participate in architectural decisions for the React/Ext JS hybrid approach
- Drive performance improvements and code quality across the frontend
