You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready systems, applying robust MLOps practices and data-driven thinking. - Deliver code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines integrated into solid software architectures
- Implement and maintain MLOps workflows including CI/CD, containerization, and model observability
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable AI solutions aligned with best practices
- Work in an Agile framework to translate research into predictable production value with data privacy and ethics in mind




- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to convert complex challenges into technical requirementsResponsabilidades
- 1–3 years of IT/engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML and some technical leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Python and solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering practices
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production monitoring of AI systems
- Experience working in Agile environments with ability to communicate technical concepts to tech and non-tech stakeholders
