Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and grow a team of consultants within the Málaga hub, aligning local operations with Belgian leadership. You’ll drive capacity planning, performance via KPIs, and cross-country collaboration to support theHub South growth. You will translate business needs into actionable operational steps and foster a positive, high-engagement team culture.
