Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and optimize engineering activities to boost operational efficiency, process quality, and safety compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate operations and drive continuous improvement. You will support projects and conduct root cause analysis using machine data, while upholding IT security standards. - Lead LEAN work teams to resolve incidents (e.G., GRP, GAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment within Operations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in process control
- Implement and maintain internal policies for regulatory and ethical compliance in engineering processes




- Support engineering projects and root cause analysis using machine and system data/logs
- Ensure all activities comply with the company’s IT security standardsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of Six Sigma (a plus)
- English level B2 or higher
