Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead technological transformation efforts by defining end-to-end architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will align technology decisions with business needs, mediate between teams, and contribute to architecture patterns and reference architectures. Based in Madrid, you will drive roadmap planning, evangelize architecture, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure availability, scalability, and performance. - 10+ years of IT experience
- Proven architect experience and end-to-end design of complex architectures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with multidisciplinary teams

- Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and agile methodologies
