Job Description

We are looking for a client accountant with 3-4 year accounting experience. Working from our Gibraltar office they will become a part of our fast-growing team providing excellent support to our diverse portfolio of clients. English language required.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a senior client accountant.

As part of the Audit Team you will be responsible for conducting impartial and independent reviews of the company's financial records and operations. Your main duties will include assessing internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory. You will also be responsible for preparing audit reports and working papers.

As part of the Accounting team you will be responsible to prepare financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients.

We are looking for a person who will contribute to our audit and accounting team where we have a varied portfolio of clients.



Important is prior experience in audit (2-4 years) in a top 10 audit firm and high level of English.

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as an External Auditor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in financial auditing software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (such as CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferred
