Experteer Overview In this senior QA role, you own quality end-to-end and shape how the team tests, from design to automation infrastructure and production observability. You leverage AI to improve testing, catching issues before money moves to production. You design test automation that engineers depend on and drive modernization of the test estate as capabilities ship. You work closely with engineering, product, and compliance to set domain quality direction and mentor others, influencing cross-domain quality decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving, scale-focused fintech environment backed by a large partner.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Design and own integration test harnesses and contract tests for money-moving flows and partner APIs
- Lead test automation design that gates code into production across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, and settlement
- Balance manual and automated testing; write test cases and guide automation using Playwright and similar frameworks
- Own CI/CD quality strategy for the domain, manage release-blocking signals, triage flaky tests, and drive production incident analysis into automated tests
- Lead test architecture reviews, set domain quality direction, and mentor mid-level QA engineers




- Leverage agentic coding tools and AI test tools daily; build the test estate for new capabilities on the modern stackResponsabilidades
- 6 to 10+ years of production test automation experience
- Strong automation skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#, with design and architecture experience
- SQL and relational database fundamentals for test data and validation
- API testing (Postman, Bruno, or equivalent) and UI automation (Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent)
- Functional and non-functional testing, including performance/load/resilience (k6, JMeter, or equivalent)
- Ability to generate test cases and perform manual testing where appropriate
- Daily use of AI test tools and coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)
- Production AWS experience in development/testing; CI/CD ownership (GitHubActions or equivalent) with release gates
- Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience
- Proven QA technical leadership: test architecture decisions, code reviews of test automation, and domain-level quality ownership
