Experteer Overview In this role you will advance the reliability and scalability of Roche’s IT platforms by applying DevOps and infrastructure management practices. You’ll collaborate with IT Quality and Enterprise Cloud teams to ensure ITSM and IDLC standards are followed and platforms stay qualified. You’ll build self-service tools and CI/CD pipelines, monitor SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, and contribute to incident response and disaster recovery. This position offers the chance to shape large-scale infrastructure while supporting Roche’s mission to improve global healthcare.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Oversee lifecycle of platforms and services from design to retirement with guidance
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and self-healing features




- Manage IT infrastructure to meet SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and QA requirements
- Monitor incidents, conduct blameless postmortems, and contribute to disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with developers, Managed Services vendors, and IT teams to improve velocity and reliability
- Ensure solutions comply with quality, regulatory, security, and cost considerations
- Contribute to ITSM processes and stay current with emerging technologiesResponsabilidades
