Experteer Overview In this role you will design end-to-end AI solutions for large enterprise clients, built on robust data pipelines and lakehouse architectures. You will work with cross-functional teams across Spain in the xTech Competence Centre, delivering production-ready AI systems and advancing RAG, embeddings and LLM integrations. You will contribute to internal AI activities, sharing accelerators and best practices. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of data engineering and cutting-edge AI.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines and lakehouse architectures
- Build and deploy production-grade AI systems using LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows in Databricks and cloud environments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to internal AI community and accelerators

- Master's degree in a STEM field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Python
- Hands-on PySpark experience
- Solid Databricks experience (notebooks, jobs, clusters, Delta Lake)
- ETL/ELT design in lakehouse or cloud environments
- Strong SQL and Postgres knowledge; data modeling and integration with AI workloads
- Experience with structured and unstructured data; text, documents, images, etc.
- Knowledge of Generative AI techniques and LLMs; open-source LLMs (preferably Qwen)
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings and vector search
- Prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
- API/data workflow integration; Git
- Model evaluation, data quality, monitoring and responsible AI
