- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with management and partners
- Proactively approach and engage new clients, expanding into new markets and accounts
- Represent the company in marketing, PR activities, industry events and trade shows
- Lead opportunities development with support from management and technical teams
- Maintain and update CRM to track contacts, opportunities and pipeline activity
- Report to senior management with regular pipeline reviews and activity reports
- Coordinate and contribute to bids and proposals in collaboration with management and technical teamsResponsabilidades




- +5 years of relevant business development experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Technical background in instrumentation u0026 control OR high-performance/real-time computing OR robotics
- Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and technical clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- CRM tools proficiency is a plus
- High autonomy, proactivity, and alignment with company strategy
- Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for client/partner meetings and events
