Experteer Overview In this role you will lead regional cybersecurity operations for EMEA and guide a cross-functional security team. You will align regional security with global standards, drive risk-based programs, and manage incidents with stakeholders. You’ll partner with regional IT and business teams to secure systems while fostering security awareness. - Oversee regional security controls aligned with global policies

- Develop and execute regional cybersecurity strategies and initiatives
- Manage security incidents with investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery

- Promote cybersecurity awareness and training within the region

- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years in leadership roles in cybersecurity with program delivery experience (SOC, GRC, IAM, Risk u0026 Compliance)
- Experience leading cybersecurity teams
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.G., CISSP, CISM) desirable
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and standards
- Experience in risk management methodologies and security technologies
