Responsibilities

- Build reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to align demand plans.
- Integrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast.
- Monitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias.
- Lead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders.
- Support efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for Iberian feed plants.
- Identify risks and opportunities, contributing to better business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement, proposing new tools, methods and ways of working.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing forecasting capabilities and processes.

Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field focused on data analysis.
- Experience in data analysis within Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or other business functions.




- Basic to intermediate level of English.
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, understandable messages for different stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and curiosity to understand business dynamics.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different teams.
