Experteer Overview In this role you will define and lead our AI strategy to drive business value across the organization. You will own end-to-end AI initiatives from ideation to production, aligning with corporate priorities and ensuring governance and data integrity. You’ll enable AI across the pharma value chain while maintaining GxP compliance and regulatory readiness. - Accelerate AI adoption across the organization by scaling use cases and ensuring measurable value
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI use cases, from ideation to production and value realization
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with corporate strategy
- Leverage external partnerships (tech providers, startups, academia) to accelerate capabilities
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams and centralize delivery accountability
- Collaborate with IT and digital transformation to integrate AI into enterprise systems
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and well-integrated with business processes
- Drive MLOps practices for lifecycle management, monitoring, and deployment
- Establish governance and controls for responsible AI use adhering to policies and regulations
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to sustain competitive advantage




- Measure AI-driven value with linked financial and operational metricsResponsabilidades
- 8-10+ years in AI, advanced analytics, or data-driven transformation with proven AI delivery
- Strong pharma or life sciences industry experience across end-to-end value chain
- Track record in defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI use cases to production with business impact
- Solid understanding of ML, predictive analytics, and AI applications in pharma
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Familiarity with GenAI capabilities and business applications
- Experience with MLOps, scalability, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models
- Hands-on with modern data/AI tech stacks including Cloud platforms, Data platforms, ML frameworks, and data engineering tools
- Experience with enterprise AI and analytics/BI platforms
- Pharma-specific systems and data environment knowledge is highly valuable
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Advanced degrees in AI, Data Science, or Business Analytics valued
- Language: Fluent English; Spanish/German desirable
