Experteer Overview As ISM Software Architect, you will shape software architectures for critical rail systems, ensuring safety, security and reliability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design components, and validate solutions through simulations. - Contribute to ISM specifications and architecture with Program Development Managers, Design Authority, and System Engineers
- Define software requirements covering functional, operational, performance, safety, and cybersecurity aspects
- Ensure requirements are testable and traceable across the development lifecycle
- Design software architecture, components, interfaces, and dynamic system behaviour
- Validate technical solutions through simulations and prototypes
- Lead technical decisions on tools, methodologies (e.G., UML) and coding standards




- Support integration (software/software and hardware/software) and verification activities
- Contribute to system validation, testing, and long-term maintenance
- Monitor technology evolution and promote reusable solutions and standardization
- Ensure application of internal processes and contribute to continuous improvementResponsabilidades
- Engineering degree
- Strong programming experience in C# .NET
- Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, streaming protocols, SIP, VoIP, Public Address)
- Strong communication skills in English
