Experteer Overview In this role you will lead automation testing for Solera’s next-gen software platform, including computer vision, ML, and sensor fusion components. You’ll craft and maintain test frameworks, work across Product, Engineering and DevOps, and influence design for testability. You’ll drive end-to-end testing strategies and ensure quality from day one in an Agile environment. - Design, build, and maintain automation tools and test frameworks for current and next-gen platforms
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Engineering, and DevOps in release planning and coordination
- Translate requirements into automated functional and data validation tests
- Contribute to TDD/CI/CD strategies and QA environments
- Define and communicate module interfaces, performance criteria, and test results




- Estimate effort and manage tasks to align with milestones
- Conduct defect management including investigation and documentation
- Support unit-test reviews and root-cause analysis with the development team
- Lead or assist in data health analysis to identify issuesResponsabilidades
- BS in Computer Science or 4–5 years of SDE/T-like experience
- 2+ years of object-oriented programming experience
- Experience with full development lifecycle and code reviews
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with Selenium for test automation
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks
- Strong end-to-end testing strategy experience
- Agile work experience
