Responsibilities- Characterize by time resolved THz spectroscopy (TRTS) and THz time domain spectroscopy (THz‑TDS) semiconductor samples.- Lead the analysis of data and the preparation of manuscripts.- Present the results in conferences.Qualifications- Qualifications: BSc + MSc (physics, materials science or alike)- Prior experience in ultrafast spectroscopy is a plus.- Prior experience in THz spectroscopy is a plus.- Knowledge in electrical characterization will be valuable.- Programming skills will be evaluated positively.- Communication skills in English are mandatory.- Ability to work in an international team, flexibility, and adaptability to handle multiple tasks.Working Conditions- Contract duration: ~1 year initially (possible extension up to 4 years).- Annual gross salary:
