Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and professionalise our pitching process within the PEPI team, coordinating proposals across Europe from London. You will craft high‑quality materials that clearly convey our value proposition and prepare teams for client pitches. You’ll standardise proposal formats, maintain relevant databases, and share best practices to support growth. - Lead the bid process and coordinate proposal preparation across Europe
- Craft compelling, high‑quality proposals that communicate value proposition
- Organise and prepare teams for client pitches and presentations
- Challenge and support technical teams to produce persuasive content
- Prepare additional sales materials such as discussion documents and go‑to‑market decks
- Standardise proposal processes and formats (Creds, Bios, templates)




- Maintain the proposals database for PEPI Spain
- Serve as the focal point for best practice materials, tools, and approaches
- Maintain the pursuits database and track opportunities through the sales funnel
- Capture client feedback and share best practices across the teamResponsabilidades
- Strong writing and communication with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel; PowerBI dashboarding a plus
- Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools for internal use and client demands
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline-driven environment
