Experteer Overview As Experimentation Lead at Wallapop, you will own the evolution of our experimentation practice, defining standards, governance, and a measurable roadmap. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and leadership to ensure experiments are designed, executed, and interpreted consistently to drive product decisions. You’ll act as both hands-on expert and internal consultant, tackling growth, personalization, trust u0026amp; safety, and monetization challenges at scale. - Define and codify Wallapop's experimentation vision, standards, and governance
- Lead methodological rigor across the company including advanced techniques (CUPED, sequential testing, quasi-experiments)
- Coach PMs, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists on experiment design and success metrics
- Develop and deliver an experimentation curriculum and playbooks; provide training and mentorship




- Improve data practices and tooling with a focus on exposure logging and Amplitude Experiment
- Design experimentation approaches for search ranking, recommendations, personalization, and monetization
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to scale the experimentation practiceResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in data science, product analytics, or causal inference
- At least 4 years focused on experimentation (A/B testing, design, inference)
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R
- Proven ability to partner with Product and influence senior stakeholders
- Leadership experience in building experimentation cultures and coaching teams
