Experteer Overview In this role you will lead static equipment engineering across FEED, EPC, and detailed design phases. You will provide technical leadership on design, specifications, and procurement for components such as pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, and reactors. You will ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and mentor a team of engineers. You will drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and effective stakeholder collaboration to deliver safe, efficient assets.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead and manage all static equipment engineering activities across FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases
- Provide technical leadership for design, specification, and procurement of static equipment
- Develop and review datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, and vendor documentation
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes (ASME, API, TEMA, ASTM)
- Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Procurement disciplines
- Review and approve vendor drawings, calculations, manufacturing procedures, and inspection requirements
- Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, constructability workshops, and client/vendor meetings
- Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet schedules, quality, and HSE standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers
- Interface with clients, licensors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support executionResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
- 5+ years in a similar leadership role on major projects
- ADNOC u0026 Offshore project experience preferred
- FEED u0026 EPC experience required
- Strong knowledge of ASME Section VIII, API 650/620/661/660, TEMA, and NACERequisitos principales
