Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the FPu0026amp; A function to support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to translate financial data into actionable business insights and drive decision-making. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning while identifying risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth. This position offers exposure to integral leadership and transformation initiatives in a collaborative finance team.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles
- Develop financial models to support planning and strategic decisions
- Monitor performance against budget/forecasts and identify variances
- Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow and key drivers
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports for senior leadership
- Create dashboards and KPIs to enable data-driven decisions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and other functions




- Support investment decisions, business cases and strategic initiatives
- Provide independent financial insight and challenge assumptions
- Contribute to long-term planning, scenario modelling and transformation projects
- Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting tools, and financial governanceResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Finance
- 5-10 years' FPu0026A, Commercial Finance, Financial Controlling or Corporate Finance experience
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience using ERP and planning/reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Power BI or Tableau
