Experteer Overview As Sourcing Lead, Power Electronics, you will drive global sourcing strategy for Power Electronics components, aligning procurement with Nextpower’s policy and growth aims. You will partner with design, operations, and sales to balance supply and demand, manage supplier relationships, and lead contract negotiations. You will support NPI programs and DoM reviews, aiming to reduce costs while ensuring quality and reliability. - Lead the global sourcing strategy for Power Electronics components, including supplier selection, cost management, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and drive long-term, value-based sourcing plans
- Monitor global trends and technology roadmaps, coordinating with design, operations, and sales to mitigate supply and demand challenges
- Negotiate integral contracts (commercials, warranties, service agreements) with suppliers
- Support cost control during design reviews, change control and DoM reviews with technical teams
- Develop policies to strengthen supplier relationships and optimize profitability
- Drive procurement initiatives across production sites to maximize cost reductions




- Support sourcing for new programs and NPI efforts, including forward price projections
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Project Management groups to align procurement with product delivery
- Manage cost roadmaps, capacity planning, and allocation strategies
- Track supplier performance and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Ensure procurement ethics and professionalism align with corporate requirementsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing for electronics, focused on Power Electronics components (DC-DC/AC-DC converters, inverters, MV transformers, PV optimizers, MV switchgears, energy storage)
- Bachelor in a related field; Master's preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and SLDs; basic knowledge of manufacturing controls and quality assurance for PV components
- Strong communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent, self-driven with a results-focused mindset
- Proven leadership and collaboration能力 to build relationships and influence across functions
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading multi-project environments
- Willingness to travel up to 30% in Europe and internationally
