Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and execute the commercial procurement strategy for Madrid Mill, ensuring a stable and competitive supply of recovered fiber and raw materials. You will build strong supplier relationships, analyze markets, and drive cost savings and efficiency across procurement, logistics, and production. Your work supports smooth material flows and aligns with mill operations and quality requirements. You will engage cross-functionally to unlock new suppliers and business opportunities in domestic and export markets, shaping the mill’s sourcing strategy and performance.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and implement the procurement strategy for Madrid Mill in coordination with Fiber Supply Manager
- Ensure stable, competitive supply of recovered fiber and raw materials aligned with operational and quality needs
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships with waste management firms, traders, and market stakeholders




- Identify and attract new suppliers and business opportunities domestically and for export
- Conduct market analysis and monitor trends, pricing, availability, and competition
- Perform data analysis to spot cost-saving opportunities and supply chain synergies
- Negotiate purchase prices and commercial agreements with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Mill teams to align procurement with production
- Manage orders, claims, incidents, and supplier issues for timely resolution
- Support commercialization and sale of secondary materials (paper, plastics, metals) when required
- Ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of procurement documentation and KPIs
