Experteer Overview In this role you will lead regional product development strategy and drive its implementation across Europe in partnership with Au0026amp; H teams. You will act asSME for process design, development and capability improvements to boost product development across channels. You will work with local and global stakeholders to ensure compliant, market-ready products aligned with AIG’s risk framework. Your work will shape product programs, governance, and end-to-end launch capabilities to deliver impactful insurance solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define regional product development plans, budgets and metrics with regional/local heads
- Collaborate with General Product Development to standardize tools for tracking and reporting the pipeline
- Develop tools and processes to monitor product performance and shelf life
- Provide guidance for business cases, value propositions, and risk/financial targets
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with Au0026H objectives and global risk principles
- Serve as policy wording and endorsement drafting specialist reference point
- Own implementation timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, and stakeholder management for on-time delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation processes including system configuration, underwriting rules,



policy forms and documentation to ensure operational readiness
- Partner with underwriting, actuarial, IT, legal/compliance and operations to align product specs with constraints
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and build productive relationshipsResponsabilidades

- experience in managing a product development process with proven objective achievement
