You will act as a strategic advisor to internal teams and coordinate global external counsel, ensuring cost discipline and consistent quality. The role blends legal risk management with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment. - Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters aligned with business objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure
- Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control
- Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements)
- Provide early-stage dispute assessments including breach analysis, termination strategies, and recoverability




- Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial)
- Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end-to-end case management
- Support internal investigations, insurance matters, and regulatory issues when requiredResponsabilidades
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years' litigation experience (top-tier law firm and/or in-house)
- Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, international environment

- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high accountability
- Interest in data-driven legal management (e.G., Excel, Power BI, AI tools)
