What You’ll Be Working On

- Strategic problem‑solving: Diagnose complex product and business challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion
- Ground‑up analytics: Build the data foundations needed to make good decisions—defining metrics, running analyses, and surfacing insights that inform strategy
- Cross‑functional execution: Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations keeping diverse workstreams moving in sync
- Workflow and systems design: Design and implement scalable workflows spanning RAG pipelines, reasoning systems,
and agentic automation
Requirements

- STEM degree
- Love to learn and are innately curious
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to solve problems
- Ruthless prioritisation skills and incredibly organised, a project management pro
- Workflow builder; running multi‑functional workflows across RAG, Reasoning, and Agentic systems
- Team players: Collaboration, no‑blame game, mindset

- 2+ years of experience in the FinTech industry
- Experience with regulated environments
