Experteer Overview In this role you drive cross-functional operational excellence to support Fever’s rapid growth in live entertainment. You’ll lead projects from planning to delivery, optimize processes and ERP-driven inventory management, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and service quality. The role combines analytics, project leadership, and hands-on problem solving to scale Fever’s operations globally. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own projects from early planning to execution and delivery
- Lead and develop team members to achieve high performance and safety
- Standardize and optimize internal operational processes for efficiency and quality
- Manage global inventory and ERP system functionality and centralization
- Maximize inventory usage, reduce dead stock, and forecast future needs
- Develop predictive inventory forecasting frameworks leveraging business insights
- Define, track, and report KPIs related to inventory value and utilization




- Serve as primary POC for internal and external stakeholders on inventory and logistics needs
- Drive continuous improvement and scalability across Fever’s operationsResponsabilidades
- 2+ years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, or tech)
- Bachelor in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Inventory management experience
- Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization experience
- Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software valued
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced environments and communicate clearly
