Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end digital campaigns focused on email and CLM, translating business needs into engaging, localized content that aligns with brand strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize engagement and commercial impact across European markets. You will use data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, while ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment. - Design and execute end-to-end digital campaigns (email and CLM)
- Create, localize, and optimize HTML emails and CLM presentations aligned with brand strategy
- Adapt integral materials to local market requirements
- Act as SME in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Approved Email
- Monitor campaign performance and generate data-driven insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and feedback
- Perform testing, monitoring, and quality control for timely delivery
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Data, Legal, IT and other teams across Europe




- Support multiple brands across different European marketsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field
- At least 4 years in digital activation, digital marketing, or content management with focus on email/multichannel campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Veeva CRM Approved Email
- Solid understanding of campaign design, segmentation, personalization, automation, and performance tracking
- Ability to work with data and metrics to drive optimization
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders in cross-functional, international environments
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluent in English and Spanish
