Experteer Overview In this role you shape end-to-end employee experience and labor relations strategies for EU operations. You partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into EXR plans, balancing compliance, employee experience, and risk. You operate across diverse functions and countries to deliver coherent, scalable solutions. You’ll influence critical workforce decisions with data-backed insights and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers a strategic, EU-wide impact at scale within Amazon’s EXR organization.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Develop end-to-end ELR strategies grounded in local regulation and workforce dynamics across the EU
- Advise VPs and senior leaders on labor relations risk, compliance, and employee experience opportunities with data-backed recommendations
- Identify and mitigate pan-EU employee relations risk using risk frameworks, listening mechanisms, site assessments, and analytics
- Design and scale employee experience interventions across business groups, including site visits for firsthand feedback




- Navigate evolving EU labor legislation and advise on compliance implications for strategic projects
- Lead through influence during organizational change and crisis, coordinating with ER Country Leaders
- Deliver a unified pan-EU EXR framework while tailoring approaches per function
- Collaborate with PxT, Legal, Lu0026D, GOLD, and Operations to build leadership capability and cohesive EXR across touchpointsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree
- EU multi-country experience in Employee Experience or Labor Relations
- Fluency in English (C2)
- Proven track record building trusted advisory relationships with executives (Director level and above)
- Experience leading organizational change across multiple countries in a complex, matrixed organization
