Experteer Overview In this role you will lead MEP pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close-out for a data hall fit-out for a integral tech client in Madrid. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget control and high-quality outcomes. The role combines technical MEP leadership with site coordination in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. You will shape the execution of critical infrastructure within data centre projects and drive safety, compliance and commissioning readiness.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead MEP pre-construction activities including design constructability, procurement and planning
- Oversee construction to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Supervise MEP system installations and ensure alignment with design intent
- Coordinate pre-construction design support focusing on MEP systems and cross-discipline collaboration
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety protocols
- Provide technical guidance on MEP installations and region-specific documents
- Lead contractor and vendor procurement
- Maintain weekly/monthly progress reporting and support monthly valuations




- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, switching, shutdowns and temporary power arrangements
- Support last planner activities and maintain safety on live environmentsResponsabilidades
- Degree in Construction Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of MEP construction and building systems
- Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
- 5-10 years project management experience in a Data Centre or similar technical environment
- Understanding of full project life cycle from inception to post-project review
- Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
