Experteer Overview In this role you will onboard and train restaurant partners on TheFork Manager, ensuring smooth adoption and sustained usage. You will partner with Inside Sales to tailor solutions for prospective partners and act as the main contact for ongoing support. You’ll guide restaurants through core features, help digitize booking workflows, and identify retraining opportunities. - Onboard and train new restaurant partners on TheFork Manager to drive adoption
- Partner with Inside Sales during pre-sales to provide product expertise and tailored solutions
- Own post-onboarding relationship as primary support contact for partner success
- Guide partners through core features (booking widget, availability, table/service management)
- Act as trusted advisor to streamline operations and digitize booking processes
- Identify opportunities for retraining and refresh sessions




- Collect and share partner feedback to improve onboarding flow and UX
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to ensure alignment across the customer journey
- Stay updated on product developments and inform stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Experience in training, onboarding, account management or customer success in SaaS or tech
- Hospitality background is a plus
- Fluent in Polish u0026 English; additional languages beneficial
- Confident communicator able to simplify complex tools for diverse customers
