Experteer Overview As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytics, statistics, and programming to tackle multi-phase growth and marketing projects. You will partner with Marketing and UA squads to optimize multi-million dollar budgets and refine measurement frameworks. You will own analysis of funnels, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. This role blends data science with storytelling to shape scalable marketing strategies in our Analytics team.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Plan and decompose large growth and marketing analytics projects with minimal guidance
- Collaborate with Marketing and UA squads to monitor campaigns and optimize budget allocations
- Analyze user acquisition funnels, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods; refine attribution and incrementality frameworks
- Visualize complex findings and communicate insights to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teammates
- Lead initiatives to improve team productivity and promote analytics best practices




- Ensure data quality with data engineering to maintain accurate tracking and reportingResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in Marketing Analyst, Performance Marketing Analytics, or Growth Analytics
- Strong ability to translate complex metrics into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of mobile performance marketing metrics (LTV, ROAS, CPI, Churn, IPM)
- Ability to frame growth questions independently and decompose problems
- Advanced SQL with experience querying large databases
- Statistical rigor with hands-on experience in A/B testing and other experiments
