Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the DACH market for a Barcelona-based digital marketing agency, bridging SEO and paid media to deliver profitable growth. You work closely with a small, international team to turn data into decisions that raise visibility and ROI for 5–15 client accounts. You plan, execute, and optimize SEO across on-page, technical, and off-page, while managing PPC and social ads to sustain ROAS. You’ll ensure paid and organic efforts drive a unified search strategy, not silos. This is a fast-moving, data-driven environment with real ownership and visible impact.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC (Google/Microsoft Ads) campaigns and Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) to maintain ROAS and manage CPC
- Oversee comprehensive SEO across On-Page, Technical, and Off-Page aspects




- Analyze data and generate client-ready reports with actionable ideas
- Align Paid and Organic efforts to deliver integrated search performance for clients
- Manage a portfolio of 5–15 client accounts in the DACH marketResponsabilidades
- Native or strong C2 German plus proficient English
- Minimum 2 years in Digital Marketing with hands-on SEO and SEA experience
- Fluent with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Ability to translate complex metrics for clients
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving
