Experteer Overview In this role, you build user-centric web applications and banking solutions, using AI-driven tools to accelerate development, testing, and integrations. You own feature delivery end-to-end for Backbase Digital Banking and Wealth platforms, spanning Angular frontends and backend microservices. You write clean, testable TypeScript/Angular code and uphold accessibility, security, and performance standards. You collaborate in a cross-functional Scrum squad to ship rapid product increments, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to enhance delivery at scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Deliver production-ready features for digital banking and wealth platforms, from UI components to backend integrations
- Leverage AI coding assistants and LLM workflows to accelerate feature development and testing
- Write modular, maintainable TypeScript/Angular code using Nx, RxJS, and Backbase Design System




- Design and execute unit and integration tests; ensure accessibility, security, and performance
- Collaborate autonomously within a cross-functional Scrum squad (UX, QA, PM) to ship incrementsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), RxJS, HTML5, and SASS/CSS
- Hands-on experience with front-end toolchains; experience with Nx, npm, or Webpack is a plus
- Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Foundational knowledge of backend integrations, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
