Experteer Overview
In this role you will translate cutting-edge AI research into production-ready systems and shape AI initiatives that improve employee experiences. You will build and scale an AI platform for deploying agents, collaborating with researchers and engineers to tackle bottlenecks across the organization. The position sits in the AI Velocity group, driving impactful cybersecurity solutions and platform-wide AI success. A hands-on, cross-functional, problem-solving environment awaits you, with a clear emphasis on production readiness and scale.

Responsabilidades
• Strong software development background with Python (absolute must)
• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and at least one AI framework (ADK, Langchain/Langraph, or CrewAI)
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and related AI solutions like VertexAI
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Langfuse, and various DBs
• Statistical thinking and an experimental mindset; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
