Experteer Overview In this role you lead Ebury's Technology Risk and Operational Resilience, acting as a key second line of defense. You will align resilience with regulatory expectations (DORA, PS21/3) and third-party risk, protecting critical functions across the globe. You’ll drive an integrated risk strategy with senior tech stakeholders and report to the CRO, shaping how Ebury withstands disruptions and cyber threats. - Own and improve IT risk management through risk and control oversight
- Oversee DORA/PS21/3 compliance, incident and crisis management
- Ensure vendor contracts include DORA provisions and security expectations
- Perform due diligence and risk assessments of outsourced CIFs
- Oversee Group Security to align cybersecurity with industry frameworks
- Assess and report on security controls (IAM, encryption, vulnerability management)
- Map business processes across geographies and review 200+ processes
- Direct enterprise resilience initiatives and testing programs




- Chair Digital u0026 Operational Resilience Committee, IT Risk Management Committee, and Outsourcing/TPRM Committee
- Develop metrics and reporting for CRO and Board
- Prepare evidence for regulators, authorities, and auditorsResponsabilidades
- 10+ years in Operational Resilience, Technology Risk, or Technology Audit, preferably in financial services
- Experience in operational resilience risk management
- English proficiency
- FS experience or auditing background advantageous
- Accreditations or certifications in finance, accounting, risk management or audit advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and quality focus
