- Domain management and strategic alignment for plasma donor centers
- Lead plasma IT projects from planning to deployment and ensure cross-team coordination
- Manage day-to-day service performance, incident handling, and deployment steps

MSP and vendors to meet SLAs and ensure production safety
- Lead and develop the plasma IT team; maintain documentation and knowledge assetsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills
- Minimum 5 years in plasma infrastructure environments including BECS systems and donor center infrastructure
- Strong understanding of plasma-center technologies, IT frontend/backend, networking, monitoring
- Knowledge of security, compliance practices, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with ITSM frameworks (incident, change, release) and multi-vendor delivery (CoC, MSP)Requisitos principales
