- Own the digital campaign calendar for Chains u0026 Groups, coordinating cross-channel launches
- Drive measurable outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue) based on real performance data
- Coordinate multi-channel messaging across website, organic social, paid media, events, and more
- Build and launch campaigns in marketing automation and CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress/Storyblok)
- Understand and define the global hotel marketer audience and regional messaging differences
- Explore and implement AI-powered campaign workflows using Claude,

- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS/technology marketing with hands-on campaign execution
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and running email campaigns
- Numbers-driven with fluency in marketing metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue)
- End-to-end multi-channel campaign experience across email, landing pages, content, design, and paid media
- Hands-on builder/executor mindset, capable of configuring systems, testing, and optimization
- Cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, content, design, and sales
