If this resonates, take a look at our latest job opening.At McDonald’s, we are looking for a Corporate Human Resources Consultant to join our Corporate People team in Madrid.This is a great opportunity for an HR professional with a strong generalist background, a versatile People profile and specialist exposure to Total Rewards who is ready to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced and people-focused organization.In this role, you will act as a key HR partner for the corporate organization, supporting the implementation of People policies, processes and projects while ensuring an excellent employee experience. You will combine hands-on HR administration and services support with project-based responsibilities across Total Rewards, Talent Attraction, Onboarding, Performance Management, reporting and continuous improvement.What will you do?Total Rewards & HR Administration- Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely, accurate and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders.- Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits initiatives aligned with the People strategy.- Prepare, consolidate and analyze HR and Total Rewards reports to support data-driven decisions and internal practices.- Monitor market trends and propose initiatives that help strengthen employee engagement, motivation and retention.- Provide broad HR administrative support for Corporate, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services, processes and policies.- Ensure HR services governance,
process consistency and compliance with internal standards and applicable requirements.- Gather and organize HR information, research and data to provide meaningful insights to the People team.Talent, Onboarding, Performance Management & People Projects- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, helping create a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.- Partner with leaders in the review and update of job descriptions, helping clarify responsibilities, organizational needs and role expectations.- Support the Corporate Talent Review Cycle by preparing relevant information, ensuring process consistency and following up on key outcomes.- Contribute to the implementation of action plans resulting from Talent Review discussions and other People initiatives.Reporting, Tools & Continuous Improvement Projects- Keep HR resources and internal platform content accurate, organized and accessible for employees and stakeholders.- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and working groups, supporting the implementation of company strategies and action plans.What we are looking forExperience- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.- Solid experience in a generalist HR role, such as HR Generalist or HRBP, ideally with exposure to Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Administration and Labour Relations.- Knowledge of compensation cycles, benefits processes, employee data management, HR documentation and labour-related matters will be highly valued.- Experience contributing to change initiatives and continuous improvement projects will be a plus.- Experience using SuccessFactors or other HR systems will be considered an advantage.- Ability to work in English in a general or international business environment.Academic Studies / Knowledge- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations or a related field.- Fluent English, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
