Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive a comprehensive test strategy across Clearing IT to ensure high-quality, compliant software. You will lead QA activities for change requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams in an international setting. You’ll establish robust defect management in JIRA and steer risk mitigation to enable timely releases. The position combines hands-on test leadership with strategy to improve quality across multiple projects and releases. - Define and drive a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, non-functional, and regression testing
- Lead QA activities for change requests related to continuous enhancements and maintenance
- Establish and oversee defect management in JIRA with development and business teams




- Facilitate regular test management meetings to align stakeholders on priorities
- Identify risks early and escalate critical issues to project management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and release plansResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on test management for medium to large or complex projects
- Proven track record leading test management across multiple releases
- Solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe methodologies
- Experience coordinating and leading a team of more than six testers
- Strong proficiency in JIRA for test management and defect tracking
