- Lead the data science roadmap for personalization, recommendation systems, and GenAI chatbot development
- Architect AI-powered chatbot systems and enterprise AI agent integration with MCP servers
- Apply transformer-based models and LLMs to improve relevance, search, personalization, and scalable GenAI solutions
- Model client priorities and engagement signals using internal and external data to drive targeted support
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and business leaders to prioritize ideas, launch MVPs, and deliver business value
- Lead a team of data scientists, improving accuracy, latency, scalability, and MLOps practices
- Translate quantitative analysis into actionable, high-impact strategies and present roadmaps to senior leadership
- Stay current with AI/ML advancements (LLMs,



conversational AI, transformer architectures) and apply them to the platformResponsabilidades
- 8-12 years in data science, ML, or AI with at least 3 years of people management
- Master’s Degree or PhD in a quantitative field
- Proven leadership in personalization, recommendations, search/ranking, conversational AI, and GenAI with transformers/LLMs
- Experience translating business priorities into technical roadmaps and delivering production ML systems
- Strong communication skills to influence executives and articulate value
- Deep expertise in ML lifecycle, Lean product principles, MLOps, experimentation, and production recommender/GenAI systems
- Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, NLTK, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain); SQL/Oracle; NoSQL/MongoDB; vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate); Spark; Linux;cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
- Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, NLP, search/recommendation systems, prompt engineering/LLM optimization, AI agent architectures
