We are looking for an experienced Senior JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 9.2 Sales & Distribution Functional Consultant to support a major system upgrade and ensure a seamless transition for business users across all operational areas.

Responsibilities
Upgrade & Impact Analysis

-

- Analyze existing business processes and identify impacts related to the JD Edwards E1 9.2 application upgrade.

- Conduct net change workshops and post‑upgrade workshops with business stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with the technical team to assess impacts on technical objects due to the upgrade and support required fixes.

Testing & Validation

-

- Ensure all business processes are properly tested and approved by end users.

- Support and guide users during System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring end‑to‑end process validation in the upgraded environment.

- Perform functional testing across all business scenarios to confirm correct behavior after the upgrade.

- Assist and validate results during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing necessary functional expertise.

Documentation & Change Management

- Identify and document all functional changes impacted by the application upgrade.





- Ensure successful transition of existing processes into the newly upgraded system environment.

- Coordinate user trainings and provide continuous support throughout the upgrade cycle.

Tools & Technical Collaboration

-

- Work with JDE tools such as:

- Utilize third‑party tools such as SQL for data validation, queries, and investigation.

- Partner with technical teams for troubleshooting, defect resolution, and validation of technical objects.

Requirements

-

- 15+ years of functional experience in JD Edwards E1 Sales & Distribution.

- Strong hands‑on knowledge of JDE E1 9.2 and previous involvement in version upgrades.

- Experience conducting workshops, leading SIT/UAT activities, and working directly with business users.

- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end processes: Order to Cash (OTC), Distribution, and related modules.

- Ability to identify system gaps, document functional changes, and propose process improvements.

- Strong communication and analytical skills. xcskxlj
