Our mission is to provide sustainable air filtration systems that improve health, productivity, and energy efficiency across industries.Job PurposeThe Total Rewards Specialist supports the Regional Total Rewards team in the design, implementation, and administration of core programs including job architecture, salary structures, and compensation benchmarking across EMEA region. This role will support the development of compliant and fair pay practices, ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive across European countries. This position is offered on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to provide maternity leave cover. For this position you can be located in Spain, Poland, Czechia or UK.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing and maintaining the company's job architecture framework across EMEA (job families, levels, and titles).Contribute to job evaluations and classification, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal frameworks.Help monitor and adjust salary ranges and pay bands in line with market trends and internal equity.Support with administration of the annual salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation, salary benchmarking,



and compensation analysis.Conduct regular market pricing and internal equity analyses.Participate in HRIS data audits to ensure compensation-related data is accurate and up to date.Support compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive, monitor evolving regulatory requirements and deadlines across EU.Support implementation of the pay transparency platform.Support the development of training and communication materials for HR and line managers on EU Pay Transparency Directive.Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards related to compensation and benefits.Contribute to compensation policy updates.Support any other Total Rewards ad hoc projects or tasks as required.Qualifications / Skills and CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related field.Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Total Rewards or HR Analytics in international organizations.Familiarity with job architecture frameworks, salary structures, and compensation surveys.Knowledge of general grading frameworks (Mercer IPE, Hay, Willis GGS).Proactive, organized and capable of working independently as part of a virtual team.Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
