Experteer Overview As Director of Business Strategy, you will align commercial strategy across HBX’s BU landscape to support the ecosystem ambition. You will uncover and shape high-impact opportunities (e.G., Luxury, Marketing-as-a-Service, Fintech) and ensure plans meet consistent standards. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive strategic priorities through the Transformation Office and leadership committees. - Lead and develop the HBX commercial strategy across business units with BU leaders to define direction and roadmap
- Own the consolidated ecosystem roadmap with prioritized product, market, and segment focus and consistent quality standards
- Drive strategic discovery, planning, and implementation of high-impact opportunities (e.G., Luxury, Fintech, Insurance) with EXCO sponsorship
- Own strategy performance and status reporting for leadership groups including Transformation Office, Executive Committee, and Advisory Committee
- Lead the Commercial Strategy team, fostering high performance and employee motivation
- Propose changes to commercial strategy ambition and design across the HBX Ecosystem
- Define vision, ambition,

- Recommend corrective actions when strategic projects underperform and allocate team scope across workstreams
