- 1+ years in major capital projects in owner or contractor settings (PM or project controls)
- 1+ years hands-on experience with construction estimating software
- experience in consulting, strategic planning, or research (advantageous)
- proficiency with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE) highly preferred
- familiarity with other estimating tools (e.G., Cleopatra Estimating, Autodesk ProEst, Sage Estimating, InEight Estimating, Trimble Accubid, Bluebeam, Stack, RIB CostX, ICEC, or ACostE)
- advanced Excel modeling and experience managing large datasets
- strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills
