Experteer Overview In this role you define and validate assembly processes to deliver robust, cost-efficient manufacturing solutions for new products. You collaborate with design teams, suppliers, and plants to industrialize and ready production. You specify assembly equipment, support DFx, and guide ramp-up with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to manufacturing excellence while advancing the company’s sustainability mission. - Define manual and automated assembly processes per product and manufacturing needs
- Support Design teams with manufacturability constraints and DFx activities
- Prepare technical specs for assembly equipment and workstation design
- Participate in supplier evaluation and quotation analysis
- Oversee assembly equipment design, manufacturing, and validation at supplier facilities
- Coordinate implementation of assembly processes and equipment in production plants




- Support production start-up and resolve ramp-up issues
- Maintain technical documentation and monitor project milestones and deliverablesResponsabilidades
- Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or equivalent technical qualification
- Knowledge of manual and automated assembly processes
- Experience with assembly equipment, workstation design, and industrialization projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside EuropeRequisitos principales
