Experteer Overview In this Madrid-based role, you advise Allianz Commercial’s largest corporate clients on cyber, AI governance, and digital resilience. You conduct desktop risk reviews, on-site risk dialogues, and provide actionable recommendations to support underwriting and client engagement. You’ll help shape ARC Cyber’s risk offerings through knowledge-sharing, tool development, and client-facing consulting. The position offers global exposure and a chance to drive data-driven risk improvements for diverse clients.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Perform cyber risk assessments and desktop analyses for existing and prospective clients, delivering clear reports for clients and underwriting teams
- Lead cyber risk dialogues and on-site surveys with large corporate accounts, delivering expert technical consultation
- Analyze the ARC Cyber global portfolio to identify trends and produce insights for business development
- Develop and enhance tools/methods to capture and quantify first- and third-party cyber risks in collaboration with Underwriting
- Implement ARC-aligned best practices for risk assessment and perform QC on third-party deliverables
- Manage third-party providers, ensuring contracts and controls meet quality standards
- Foster relationships with Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, and Business Development; provide technical training and presentations
- Support ARC Cyber projects linked to Allianz Commercial’s transformation and digitalisation agenda,
including knowledge-sharing initiativesResponsabilidades
- Relevant academic background; ideally Master’s degreeor higher in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years’ experience in manufacturing or consulting with expertise in Industrial Network Security (ICS, SCADA, DCS)
- Experience conducting risk assessments using threat intelligence and attack surface data to prioritize remediation
- Proven track record delivering cyber service engagements with actionable risk-reduction recommendations
- Solid understanding of cyber security tools and services (penetration testing, programming, malware assessment, risk frameworks)
- CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CISM would be advantageous; experience in system/network security management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud, IoT, blockchain, and AI business applications
- Knowledge of AI exposures, governance, model risk, operational resilience, and regulatory risks related to AI
- Clear communication skills; ability to explain technical topics to management; comfortable using AI-driven insights
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese would be a strong advantage
