Experteer Overview In this role, you will scale and optimize Google Search and Apple Ads campaigns across Glovo’s global markets to drive high-intent customer acquisition. You’ll own a growth-focused region, shape optimization playbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve media efficiency and conversion. You’ll be responsible for analyzing performance, testing iterations, and translating insights into stronger strategies. - scale and optimize Google Search and Apple Ads campaigns across global markets
- improve paid media campaigns and increase conversions
- oversee media efficiency planning across multiple channels
- own a growth-focused region and write/optimise/scale campaign playbooks
- own KPIs, analyze results and adapt strategies
- lead A/B tests and data-driven pivots to improve campaign performance




- partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams and leverage analytics/BI/Martech support
- inform roadmaps and turn technical infrastructure into business outcomesResponsabilidades
- 3–5+ years in performance marketing, specifically Paid Search
- ability to scale campaigns, optimise funnels, maximise ROAS
- deep experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, scripts, automation workflows
- mastery of Excel and Looker (SQL a major plus)
- stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- fluent in English; additional languages a plus
