Experteer Overview As a Digital Project Delivery Engineer, you bridge project delivery with digital innovation to boost efficiency and scalability. You’ll combine BIM expertise with data and automation to improve decision-making across projects and help standardize digital workflows. You work with cross-functional teams to adopt data-driven solutions and deliver tangible improvements in project performance. This role offers a hands-on path to shape digital standards and scalable practices within a global engineering environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Coordinate BIM workflows and align models, workflows, and deliverables across projects
- Provide hands-on BIM support, BEP development, and troubleshooting when needed
- Lead adoption of digital solutions to enhance project performance and scalability
- Design and implement data-driven workflows integrating BIM data with other project systems
- Develop and maintain data pipelines/ETL processes for reliable data usage
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI) for project monitoring
- Automate workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and scripting
- Integrate data across BIM, CDE, GIS,



and enterprise systems for a connected digital ecosystem
- Collaborate with project teams to identify process improvements and digital innovations
- Contribute to digital standards, templates, and reusable solutions across the organizationResponsabilidades
- Proficient in English
- 2-5 years experience in BIM and/or digital roles within AEC or similar industries
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and project delivery processes
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in data transformation and ETL processes (Power Query or similar)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
