We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist with bilingual-level English to play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations across the European region.What will your mission be?Main Responsibilities- Manage order documentation, shipments, and customer communications.- Plan and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.- Monitor and analyze sales forecasts provided by Area Managers.- Coordinate product replenishment and supply from the Dominican Republic.- Manage the logistics of promotional materials and product samples.- Work closely with the logistics provider and the Barcelona warehouse on a daily basis.- Optimize order management processes together with regional customers.- Provide customer support, handling incidents, claims, and documentation-related queries.- Support export and customs documentation processes.- Monitor and control logistics costs and warehouse expenses.- Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams.What We Are Looking For- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, export, or logistics customer service roles.- Experience in demand planning, inventory management,
